Rates are shown per month for comparison. Hosting is billed annually as 12 monthly rates. Configured invoice VAT applies. Domain charges and optional Website Care are separate. Managed Hosting has a once-off R700 setup fee. If combined website and email use exceeds the package allocation, a package upgrade is required. Service activation and billing require approval.

No. Your website files and email accounts share the total storage allowance in the chosen package. The mailbox count is an account allowance, not a separate storage allocation.
The rates are displayed per month for comparison. Hosting is billed annually as 12 monthly rates. For example, the Basic Hosting Package is R135 per month, equivalent to R1,620 per year, with configured invoice VAT applying.
Domain registration is requested separately. Select an extension during signup; availability and registration are confirmed before activation.
The portal lists 7-day backup and restore for each hosting package. Contact GoDirect to confirm the restore options for your account. Keep separate copies of important business information as well.
If combined website and email use exceeds your package allocation, the package needs to be upgraded. Speak to GoDirect about the appropriate next allocation.
No. Website Care is an optional additional service. Choose Webcare Basic or MaxCare if you want the services listed in that care package.
Yes. Contact GoDirect to review the existing setup, the access required and the scope of the move before making DNS or hosting changes.
