You do not need to become a developer to keep your content current. Our training focuses on the editing and administration tasks relevant to your role and website.
Bring the changes you often need to make: a new service, a revised contact number, updated photos or a document download. We can shape the session around those practical examples.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
A clear setup makes the learning easier.
Tell us which website you manage, the tasks you want to learn and how many people will attend. We will confirm the access, equipment and training arrangements with you.
Basic computer and browser skills
Your website address and current CMS setup
A list of editing tasks or questions
Suitable training access and a practice environment
Approved sample content and images
For on-site Joomla training, provide a suitable room for the notebooks and/or projector. Equipment and venue arrangements are confirmed before the session.
PLAN YOUR TRAINING
Start with the right scope.
01
Share your needs
Tell us about the website, attendees and changes you want to learn.
02
Confirm the session
Agree the syllabus, duration, cost, access and training arrangements.
03
Practise & review
Work through the agreed tasks and clarify the next steps for your team.
No coding experience is required for the core content-management training. You should be comfortable using a computer, a browser and basic office applications.
We can plan examples around your website. We first confirm appropriate access and a suitable practice environment, so training changes can be reviewed safely.
The Joomla course includes one month of post-course support within the course scope. Additional development or work outside that scope is agreed separately.
The course focuses on the agreed syllabus and your installed tools. Specialist extensions, ecommerce administration or custom workflows can be scoped as additional training topics.
