Once a basic layout of the template has been selected, we will start implementing you company logo and color scheme into the template and start populating the website with the relevant information supplied by you into the website.

NOTE:
• All information and images related to website should be handed in before design starts.
• 5 Changes to Template design is allowed.
• Page content is the equivalent of 1 to 4 Microsoft word page
• Adobe Stock Images not included unless specified in quote, Large free format image can be sourced from freepik.com
• Any other additional functionality to website will be quoted for separately.
• Terms and Conditions Apply
• There is no set monthly price for changes or update only R380.00 per hour once the website is live unless otherwise spesified in quote.
• For Additional Page’s and links added to the website will be charged on an hourly rate of R380.00 per Hour.

All information should be received within 10 working days of accepting the quotation. Should the information not be received in time, you will forfeit the deposit paid and a new quotation will be issued on request or you will be charged at the hourly rate to add the additional information or changes.

TERMINATION | Should you decide to cancel the quotation prior to commencement of work, 50% of the invoice will be retained to cover expenses incurred and no refunds will be made if this notice is after 30 days. Should you decide to Cancel after the work has been completed you will be liable for the remainder of the quotation amount on completion.

PAYMENT TERMS | 75% payment prior commencing of the project amd Outstanding 25% due apon live upload of website. Credit terms are available on a 12 month or 24 month basis.

OWNERSHIP | All work will remain the property of designer until full and final payment has been received.

TIMELY DELAY | Should the Client for any reason delay the supply of information necessary for completion of the work, as accepted in the quotation, for a period exceeding 15 days, the client will be invoiced in full for work completed to that date.

DISCLAIMER |

Do to the increase of activity from hacker we does not take any responsibility for damages accruing because of hacking. We does install an additional firewall system on the website and increase the security as much as possible but there is no guarantee that the website will not be hacked. In case of a bridge of security a backup of the website will be uploaded and additional measures will be taken to close the backdoor used at cost to the company or client.

The information listed on this website is given in good faith. We can not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained within this website, and reserve the right to make changes. We and third party information is provided on an “as is “basis. We shall not be liable for indirect , consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to any of the information contained in this website, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, under statute, tort, in equity, at law or otherwise.

We shall not be responsible for any issues relating to the hosting of websites may occur after the working product has been delivered and setup.

Compatibility issues may arise in future regarding the website code, plugin and components ant Templet updates. We insure to deliver the latest available working product on live upload and can not be held responsible for future incompatibility issues that may arise due to the website host. We can however upgrade accordingly if possible at Clients cost.

BASIC WEBSITE HOSTING
Our HOSTING PACKAGES caters for 5000MB/5 Gig of hosting space including the storage or IMAP of emails. Should you hosting pages exceed the limit there will be additional charges per month for the hosting.

WEBSITE EMAILS
Each packages has a set email available if any additional email boxes is required there will be additional charges. We also does not take responsibility if the client uses and outside vendor like Gmail or Office 360 in order to process there emails.
