Driver-phone location updates require the tracking page to remain open, location permission and a mobile connection. This is not continuous background vehicle tracking. Mapping configuration and any sector-specific requirements are agreed during scoping.

Is this a general courier booking service?
It is a configurable business delivery system. We demonstrate the existing order-to-delivery workflow and agree whether it fits your operation or needs additional development.
Can we manage more than one branch?
Yes. The workflow supports branch-based operations, including per-branch stock and pricing and branch-restricted views. Your branch structure is configured during setup.
Can business customers have several delivery addresses?
Yes. Company accounts can hold multiple delivery addresses alongside the company and billing contact information.
Can we accept EFT and Payfast?
The system supports configured invoice, EFT and Payfast routes. Payment settings and the staff approval process are agreed for your implementation.
Does tracking continue when the driver closes the page?
The driver-phone tracking workflow reports location while its page remains open and permissions and connectivity are available. Managers see the latest reported position; continuous background vehicle tracking is not included in this workflow.
Is proof of delivery included?
The delivery flow includes formal sign-off and a PDF proof-of-delivery record that can be emailed and retained against the order.
